You can order directly through our website at eliseldacollective.store.

Do you accept preorders?
Yes we do.

Can I request a product that is not on the website?
You can! 
Send us a message on WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to source it for you.
Do you deliver across Nigeria?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.

Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping availability depends on your location. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Lagos and nearby areas may receive orders faster.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fee/costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You will see  the delivery fee at checkout. Incase you don't understand delivery method contact us on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers. Payment details will be provided at checkout or via WhatsApp when you place your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email or your preferred contact method.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Yes, full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched.

Do you restock sold out items?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I commission a custom art piece?

Yes! We accept custom art commissions. Send us a message on WhatsApp or email describing what you would like and we will get back to you with details and pricing.

I am an artist. Can I sell my work on Eliselda Collective?

Absolutely 💜 We welcome original art submissions from Nigerian artists. Visit our Artist Submission page for full details on how to submit your work.

What commission does Eliselda Collective take from art sales?
We take 5% per sale — one of the lowest rates available. We believe artists deserve to keep what they earn.

How do I submit my art?
Send high quality photos or scans of your work along with your details to:

How long does it take for my submitted art to go live?

We review all submissions within 3–5 business days. Once approved, your work will be listed on our Creative Living collection.

When do I get paid after my art sells?

We will notify you immediately when your piece sells and process your payment to your bank account within 2–3 business days.

How do I join your VIP community group?

Click the link in our Instagram or TikTok bio, or message us on WhatsApp and we will add you to our community group.
