We currently ship to all states across Nigeria.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 DELIVERY TIME

• Lagos & nearby areas: 1–3 business days

• Other states: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

💰 SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp before payment.

📍 ORDER TRACKING

Depending on your mode of delivery, Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number or delivery update via WhatsApp or Email so you can monitor your shipment.

✦ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

✅ WHEN WE ACCEPT RETURNS

We accept returns or offer a replacement in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

• Your item is significantly different from what was described

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item as evidence.

❌ WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase

• The item was damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

• You ordered the wrong size or colour (please confirm details before ordering)

• The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

🔄 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

2. Send your order details and clear image of all sides of the item.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within. 24 hours

4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

💰 REFUNDS

• Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement items

• Cash refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Eliselda Collective

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days

📦 RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the error was on our part.
